Very unusual for this fellow to come in alone this morning , I'm guessing and hoping that the "Mrs" is busy making houses somewhere near!!!!

You really are lucky with the variety of birds that visit your garden Jayne, as far as I know I have only had the one brief visit from a Bullfinch. Lovely photos. Wouldn't it be lovely if you have a whole family visit soon?

It must be lovely to have Bullfinches as garden visitors. Do hope that you have some youngsters Jane - keep us posted!

Thanks for all of your comments, I really must try to use this camera a bit more these shots could have been a lot better but I just don't practise enough!!!
I've only ever caught the bullfinches chomping at the millet Geordie and that isn't very often, usually when the feeders need topping up!!
I'm awaiting our additions to our ever growing family with baited breath folks, will keep you all informed as I hope you all do of yours!!!
