JUST MAGICAL

Upon my return from my caring duties today I was more than privileged to find this scene in our back garden. I cannot believe how lucky we are that these wonderful wild creatures trust us enough to even bring in their youngsters in broad daylight. The nipper was more than interested in the Collie Doves but seemingly only to play with rather than eat. They flew off totally unharmed and Mom and Baby were treated to our dear Daughters Chicken for their tea. She has had a Pukka Pie and Chips LOL

Thanks for the comments folks, yes we are privileged and even more so when I went out last night. OH saw the same Vixen with 2 babies but he's more useless with the camera than I am LOL

I can only echo what the others said, Jayne, beautiful photos and so lovely that they visit you in daylight. I noticed you mentioned that you live adjacent to woodland, how lucky you are I would love that! No wonder you have such a rich variety of wildlife visiting you and of course those fairy cakes always seem to work wonders :)
